How long will it take to get my order?

All orders are shipped from Muncie, Indiana, Monday-Friday. Your shipment may take between 5 to 10 business days depending on your location. We do not offer expedited shipping and we do not ship to Canada or Mexico.

Can I check my order status?

Yes, you will need to login to this website using the same email you placed your order with. If you checked out as a guest, you will need to create an account using the same email address you used to place your order.

Can I track my package?

Yes, MasterPieces uses FedEx, UPS, and USPS to deliver your packages. If you have your tracking number, simply input your tracking number into the proper carrier services tracking.

How can I find my tracking number?

When your package ships, you will receive an email update with your FedEx tracking number. If you do not receive this email or have deleted it by mistake, please email consumeraffairs@masterpiecesinc.com. We will need your order number and the email address you used to place your order.
