Self-Service Online Returns
Returns will be Approved or Denied based on our return policy below. The cost of shipping will be deducted from the amount of the refund. A refund will be issued once a shipping label has been provided and the return has been shipped.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item(s) to request a return. Any item purchased outside of the 30-day window is not eligible for return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or packing slip for proof of purchase. Clearance items are not eligible for return. Customers are responsible for return shipping, but we do not charge a restocking fee.
We will provide you with a shipping label and deduct the cost of the shipping label from your purchase.

Your return requires two parts.
#1. Ship first! Please use either FedEx Ground or UPS to return your product.

Without this form, we will not know about your return/refund and won't be able to process the request. To help, you will not be able to submit the form without the returning product(s) tracking number. (Ship first!)
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
Once your return is received we will inspect it to make sure it meets the above requirements. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 to 12 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at consumeraffairs@masterpiecesinc.com. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
