This puzzle is made up of a collection of hexagon shaped pieces, with three inside pieces and an outside frame. You slide them around inside the frame and rotate them to try to get them out of the frame. The pieces appear to have the same shape, but the exterior and interior are different.
The theme is "Tour".

This is the kind that you just fiddle around with until it falls apart. But I don't think most people will ever have an intuition for how to solve it quickly. Move stuff around, move it around some more, keep moving, oops been here before, move some more, 30m-1h later you'll solve it.
