The Perpetual Puzzle!
With 10 numbered hexagonal-shaped tiles per set, the object of Tantrix puzzles is to create a continuous loop of unbroken color that runs through all intersecting tiles. Starting with the tiles marked 1, 2, 3 on the back, each time a tile is added (in numerical sequence) into the puzzle mix, the color of loop changes and the more challenging Tantrix becomes.
Choose your set of 10 Tantrix tiles in black OR green. Sets of tiles can be combined to create even bigger challenges: FYI – the record stands at 500 tiles or 50 sets!

This may be one of the great puzzles of the 20th century. The restrictions of color matching and topology make it difficult but not impossible, and very satisfying. Although you will have fun with the first ten pieces, Tantrix gets better as you add more tiles. I have completed loops to #19 in the Tantrix Game Pack (Puzzle Master really should sell this) and come back from time to time to try to complete the next level. Two players can play strategy games, though I have never played them. One of my absolute favorite puzzles and very highly recommended.
