Product Info
This is a hand crafted wooden puzzle box which comes in black, brown, green, blue and red colors and is surfaced with shiny lacquer. It also has an extra hidden compartment behind the mirror (inside the lid). It is a great conversation piece to set on your table. As its name implies, this beautiful, uniquely designed box was made in Romania.
Please note that there may be very slight variations in dimensions and design because of their hand-made nature.
Inside compartment measures approximately 11.5 cm x 6.8 cm x 3 cm or 4.5 in x 2.7 in x 1.2 in.

The box is a beautiful sight to behold with its lovely design, color, and finish. It certainly looks great on a shelf or as a table piece. The puzzle itself is not too difficult to solve. It took me a solid 10 minutes to figure it out initially, and I love how it has a lock-and-key feature to it. The interior is nicely decorated and can easily hold most small valuables. It is worth mentioning that the box I received has black felt on the bottom (unlike the picture depicting red felt). On the inside lid there is a hidden compartment behind the mirror, and it is my only harsh criticism for this product. The mirror on the inside in my opinion, shouldn't be allowed to move around freely, as it defeats the purpose of having an extra "secret" spot, as well as being annoying in general (moving the box around you can hear it thumping the sides). Also, the access behind it is limited to a small hole. If that is the only way to access the hidden compartment then it is going to be incredibly annoying getting something out once it has been put in there. To summarize: * Beautiful handmade design and finish * Nicely sized interior to fit reasonably-sized small valuables * Annoying/potentially useless "Secret Compartment"
