Look out for red herrings and other deceiving tricks. You’ll be surprised how the solution can be easily hidden in plain sight. I'd give it a 3.5 if I could. There's nothing wrong with it - the quality is okay and the solution is okay - but just okay on both accounts. Good for beginners, I suppose.
A very clever puzzle lock which could have been a really challenging one if the visual hint were not so obvious. Not for experienced puzzler.
This trick lock is well built and has a good look to it and more weight than expected. It will be a harder challenge for someone new to trick locks, but moderate for someone with some trick lock experience. The solution is not obvious at first and does take some playing. This is a great lock to use to test the waters of trick locks. In my opinion the set of 6 trick locks is the best way to go.
Not satisfied as the lock I received is poorly manufactured and binds instead of opening. And yes, I downloaded the solution to confirm I was doing all the steps correctly.
This puzzle lock is fantastic. Very good polish and finish and a lot of metal. The solution is quite clever and it took me a few minutes to figure it out. I think it is the weight of the puzzle that may make you blind to the solution at first. The only reason why I give it a 4 of 5 because the solution is not as clever as I would like. After you solve the puzzle, there's nothing else you can do with it but keep it on your shelf. Regardless, I like it.
