This version is made from a combination of gray sycamore and red padouk woods.

Made and created in Lodéve, France, the pieces are precisely laser cut and ready to be assembled. This symmetrical puzzle box or 9 movement box with sliding mechanisms is made from top quality plywood and marquetry; it's a 100% eco-responsible model. The puzzle kit is the same on the inside as the Silver City - but features a deluxe outer covering. It comes with pre-cut pieces, glue, sandpaper, and paraffin as well as instructions. Glue is not required for the model to be funtional, however, for greater durability you are advised to glue some parts. Other tools that are not included, but may be required to assemble are: Cutter, Spring clamps, tissue, torx screwdriver T-6, and a wood file.
Materials: Poplar veneer, steel, 0.6mm thick wood inlay.
Finish: Gloss epoxy varnish.

Assembly is like a 7, puzzle is quite easily a 4. As for the parts id give it a 3 easy to break even with thr slightest touch. Dont get me wrong it was very entertaining, but not worth the money. And the difficulty is just ok
I agree with the prior review that the difficulty level of this puzzle, once assembled, is not 10. It was, however, quite a challenge to assemble and finish. I highly recommend this puzzle.
The puzzle is very nice but it's not level 10. Please reconsider the difficulty level you give to puzzles. This puzzle has level 5/10 max in terms of difficulty !
